Issue:
Suspended rewards & clubs in the Ackroo console are showing up as active in the mobile app UI.
Description:
We heard from merchants that their suspended configured rewards & clubs were showing up in the UI of the mobile app, causing significant confusion for their customers and clerks.
Solution:
Our team tested and fixed this. Suspended rewards & clubs will no longer appear in the mobile app UI.
Issue:
Merchants cannot add mobile registrants to member tiers in the Ackroo console.
Description:
From the "cards" tab in the Ackroo console, when an admin saw a cellphone beside the registered card, they are unable to add, change or remove a membership tier to that card.
This is a problem because many programs have a majority of cellular registrations happening, and this means their customers would not be eligible for the offers they are entitled to based on the program rules.
Solution:
Ackroo program administrators can now add mobile and non-mobile registered cards to a membership tier, change the tier or remove it from a tier.
Issue:
Package Setup Allows Zero-Quantity Items Without Error Notification
Description:
When setting up a package, there is no indication that leaving the quantity field blank will cause the package configuration to fail. A value greater than 0 is required, but users are not alerted to this issue. The system should provide a clear warning or validation message to guide merchants during setup.
Solution:
The system now prevents unit values from being set to 0. If a user enters 0 or leaves the field blank, the field is highlighted in red, and an error message is displayed.
Issue:
The Program Transaction Summary Report was not pulling all records.
Description:
A bug was reported that clients with over 100,000 records in the Program Transaction Summary Report could not view more than 40,000 records.
Solution:
Our dev team cleared this bug, and there should be no further issues viewing the total records for Program Transaction Summary reports over 100,000 records.
Issue:
500 error - performance tab
Description:
A bug was reported that the performance tab in the giftfly.ca console was displaying a 500 error, and the page was inaccessible.
Solution:
This bug has been addressed and resolved. Access to the performance tab is available without error.
