Merchants can now self-manage offers/ads to display on the home screen image carousel in the mobile app
Ackroo customers can now independently manage uploading up to 5 images (typically advertisements or coupons) displayed for mobile app users for promotional purposes and to boost engagement.
This new feature eliminates the need for manual support, allowing self-service to Add, Remove, or Modify images directly within the Ackroo Program Console.
New Menu Option - Mobile Image Manager
Navigate to the Advanced Loyalty menu and select the new option, Mobile Image Manager, to access the image management page.
Landing Page - Mobile Image Manager
The Mobile Image Manager page consists of:
•Left Section: Tools for adding and managing images
•Right Section: A live preview of the images as they will appear in the mobile app
- To begin, click the + Add Image button.
Note: A maximum of 5 images can be uploaded at any time.
2. Click Add Image to open the upload pop-up.
3. Select a PNG or JPG file to upload.
4. Provide a descriptive Title (required), as all images must have a title to display in the mobile app.
5. (Optional) Enter a Link to URL to direct users to an outside landing page when they tap on the image.
6. Choose an aspect ratio between 1:1 or 4:3.
7. Use the built-in image cropper to resize the uploaded image to the selected aspect ratio. The cropper allows zooming in/out and resizing to fit the desired dimensions.

8. Click Save to upload the image, or click Cancel to exit without saving.
Once all 5 images have been uploaded, the left section of the page will display a list of the images with their corresponding details. The right section will provide an interactive preview of each image.
Editing Images:
To modify the title or URL of an existing image, select the Edit button.
If you wish to change the image itself or adjust the aspect ratio, you will need to remove the current image by selecting Delete and then upload a new one.
