Thanks for choosing Ackroo. We're excited for you to get started using our app on your Chase or Global Payments terminal. Sadly, Ackroo is not permitted to install apps on their hardware, therefore we must ask you to connect with your payment provider to get it installed. Here's how:
GLOBAL-ACKROO INSTALLATION - Your Global Payments rep is responsible for putting the Ackroo app on your debit terminals. Please contact the Global Help Desk at 1-800-263-2970 to request the download of Ackroo onto the terminals.
CHASE-ACKROO INSTALLATION - Your Chase Payments rep is responsible for putting the Ackroo app on your debit terminals. Please contact the Chase Help Desk at 1-800-265-5158 to request the download of Ackroo onto the terminals.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some of our customers have encountered issues when calling these help desks where their agent were unaware of the Ackroo App. In these cases, we recommend that your either ask for their escalated support teams, or connect with your payments sales representative for more assistance.
