Administrators can be managed from https://manage.ackroo.com by visiting the SETTINGS Tab.
The Ackroo platform supports three different Administrative roles/tiers, each with their own set of visibility and permissions. All three levels may also be set as 'Read-only', in order to restrict all editing permissions.
- PROGRAM Administrator (PA) – Visibility of ALL businesses & locations within the program.
- BUSINESS Administrator (BA) – Visibility of assigned business only.
- LOCATION Administrator (LA) – Visibility of assigned location/department only.
- READ-ONLY Administrator (CLERK) – Visibility of assigned location only – Read-only, editing privileges restricted.
